How much do you charge for your service?
Our service fee is 15% of the item value, with a minimum fee of £30 per order. Shipping is charged separately.
How do I pay?
You can pay in GBP or the NGN equivalent after your quote is confirmed. Full payment is required before purchase.
Are there any additional fees?
Large or complex orders may attract an additional handling fee. Any additional cost will always be confirmed before payment.
What exactly do you do?
We purchase items in the UK on your behalf, package them carefully, and coordinate shipping to you via third‑party cargo partners.
How long does shipping take?
Air cargo is faster (premium). Sea cargo is slower (economical) and usually follows monthly container schedules. Exact timelines depend on the carrier.
What if items are delayed or damaged?
Once items are handed to the shipping company, delays or damage are handled by the carrier. We’ll support follow‑ups where possible.
What items do you refuse?
Fresh perishables, liquids/medicines, fragile glass, and restricted goods. If unsure, ask before ordering.
